Culinary knives are something any chef and home cook will take pride in.  These are hand forged and ground specifically for use in cooking and preparing tasty food!

I tend to like to make heavier knives for tougher prep, but I always have versilility in mind when I create and play around with different styles. Using a range of different steels and grinds for a multitude of uses, you may wish to have both a cleaver and a siner filleting or boning knife to pair with it.
