Description
This 1095 carbon steel Chef knife has been fully hand forged in Scotland. Totally unique and even features a cloudy hamon line on the steel where the harder steel meets the soft. This is down to the manner in qhich it was quenched.
The oval shaped handle is fitted with dyed stabilised Maple and stabilised Finnish Masur Birch and brass pin
Rustic hammer textured finish on the blade, paired with clean and polished grip makes for a unique combination
Cutting edge measures 7.5 inches (19cm)
Blade forged September 2025 and completed November 2025 in my Arbroath workshop
