Description
Small chefs / utility knife which was fully hand forged from alternating layers of 1095/15N20 carbon steel. This was then forged into a knife before being ground to shape and hardened and tempered. There are around 200 layers in this knife.
Yur new favourite, go-to knife was fitted with stabilised bog oak and some absolutely scintilating electrifying blue stabilised Quilted Maple from Blockworks UK. As much as I would love to keep this for myself, it does need to go to someone other than myself
The grip is octagonal shaped and fitted with a stainless steel pin to finish it in a neat look
The blade measures 14.5cm (13cm edge length)
