Smaller chefs knife or a general user. Fitted with stabilised bog oak and some absolutely scintilating blue stabilised Quilted Maple – which the current photos dont quite capture
The grip is octagonal shaped and fitted with a stainless steel pin
The blade measures 14.5cm (13cm edge length)
