Description
Inspired by both a glaive and the Faussart sword from the Maciejowski (Morgan) bible with a primeval and fantasy flair when it comes to the hilt.
Hand forged from 1075 carbon steel, this robust blade has a nice curve and tapering point. Acid-washed finish for a forced patina.
Fitted with a bronze textured bolster, ebony, stabilised bog oak, ebony and a horse bone from the pleistoscene era (sourced from Doggerland by way of a fossil shop in Wales) – finished with textured copper top plate & bronze peen block plus synthetic sinew over the join at the bone.
Suitable for bushcraft work and display alike. Supplied sharp
